Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the bk8mas platform. By accessing or using bk8mas, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

21+ You must be aged 21 or above to register and use bk8mas. Underage users are strictly prohibited.
Each individual may hold only one bk8mas account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension and balance forfeiture.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before requirements are met.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated software, or any form of fraud will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing bk8mas is lawful in their jurisdiction. bk8mas does not provide legal advice on local gambling laws.
bk8mas reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 These Terms are effective from the date displayed at the top of this page and supersede all prior versions.
2.2 By registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Bet on the bk8mas Platform, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with the bk8mas Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions.
2.3 bk8mas reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amendment will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
2.4 In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
3.1 Age Requirement. 21+ You must be at least 21 years of age to open an Account and use the bk8mas Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bk8mas may request documentary proof of age at any time; failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in suspension or closure of your Account and forfeiture of any winnings derived from underage use.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual person may hold only one bk8mas Account. Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account (whether in your own name or through a third party) is strictly prohibited. bk8mas reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void all associated bets and balances.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your Account. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. bk8mas accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the User.
3.4 Third-Party Accounts. You may not allow any third party to use your Account, nor may you use a third party's Account or payment method. Each Account must be used solely by the registered Account holder.
3.5 Jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of bk8mas is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. bk8mas does not represent that its services are legally accessible in all countries or territories. Users from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted access bk8mas entirely at their own legal risk.
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your password with any third party.
4.2 You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify bk8mas Customer Support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
4.3 bk8mas will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or live chat. If you receive any such request purportedly from bk8mas, do not comply and report it immediately.
4.4 bk8mas recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Account. This feature is available in Account Settings and provides an additional layer of security against unauthorised access.
4.5 bk8mas is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, except where such loss is attributable to bk8mas's own negligence or breach.
5.1 Accepted Methods. bk8mas accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods displayed on the Platform, which currently include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow. Available methods are subject to change without notice.
5.2 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms.
5.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. bk8mas reserves the right to reverse such deposits and suspend the associated Account.
5.4 Withdrawal Verification. bk8mas may require identity and/or source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. Verification requirements are in compliance with bk8mas's Anti-Money Laundering obligations.
5.5 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform. bk8mas endeavours to process verified withdrawal requests promptly but does not guarantee specific processing times.
5.6 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with a positive balance that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bk8mas reserves the right to apply an administrative charge to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormant account policy.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the bk8mas Platform are subject to acceptance by bk8mas. bk8mas reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, without providing a reason.
6.2 Errors. In the event of a technical error, manifest error in odds, or system malfunction that results in an incorrect payout, bk8mas reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct any erroneous payouts. bk8mas will endeavour to notify affected users.
6.3 Results. The outcome of any sporting event or casino game as determined by the applicable provider or official body is final for settlement purposes, subject only to bk8mas's published dispute resolution procedures.
6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface. These limits may be modified for individual accounts at bk8mas's discretion.
7.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bk8mas are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.
7.2 Bonus Funds are credited to a designated bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion may be transferred to the withdrawable real money balance.
7.3 bk8mas reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited and partially wagered will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of the credit.
7.4 Only one promotional offer may be claimed per person, household, IP address, email address, or payment method unless the applicable promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
7.5 Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using betting patterns designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting"), or withdrawing funds immediately following bonus activation — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk8mas Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the bk8mas Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, data feeds, and software code, is owned by or licensed to bk8mas and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without bk8mas's prior written consent.
10.1 The bk8mas Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bk8mas makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk8mas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits bk8mas's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.4 bk8mas's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
11.1 bk8mas reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) a suspected breach of these Terms; (b) receipt of a fraud alert or chargeback from a payment provider; (c) suspected underage gambling; (d) a self-exclusion request; or (e) regulatory requirements.
11.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law. bk8mas will provide written notice of the grounds for forfeiture on request.
11.3 Users may request account closure voluntarily at any time by contacting Customer Support. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests will be actioned promptly in accordance with bk8mas's responsible gaming policy.
12.1 21+ bk8mas is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling should be entertainment, not a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.
12.2 bk8mas provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion tools accessible through Account Settings. Users are encouraged to make use of these tools proactively.

12.4 Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the minimum period selected. bk8mas will not accept deposits from or reinstate access to a self-excluded account during the exclusion period.
13.1 bk8mas collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bk8mas holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bk8mas Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through bk8mas Customer Support by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. bk8mas will acknowledge your complaint and provide a formal response within fourteen (14) business days.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be referred to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified in the applicable licence conditions.
